The rear terrace has a bbq and table and chairs for outside dining. The front terrace has table and chairs and is now privately enclosed and there is parking for two cars.
The living area of Maison Bourgeoise comfortable open plan, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and includes English and French TV, DVD, CD player. There is a wood effect log burning stove and storage heaters. Utility room with washing machine etc. Double doors open onto a large patio with bbq table and chairs and garden area.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils and is furnished to a very high standard.
The kingsize room is at the very top of the cottage and is large and spacious with kingsize bed, wardrobe, drawer unit, chair and footstool bedside lamps and spectacular views over the outside areas and the River Vilaine. Tea and coffee making facilities.
The double room is situated on the first floor and is very light and airy with a large double bed, wardrobe and dressing tables. Views over the rear gardens and the River Vilaine.
The bunkbed room is also on the first floor and is ideal for children. It is compact but light and airy with comfortable bunks, chest of drawers and chair.
Adjacent to this room is a small bedroom furnished for a small child/infant. It has drawer unit, starter bed and travel cot and small wicker chair.
Also on this floor is lovely shower room with sink and WC.
The twin room is on the 1st floor and is light and airy with two full size white metal single beds, drawer unit and views over the rear gardens and the River Vilaine
The bathroom on the 1st floor boasts a truly luxurious bathroom decorated to a very high standard with large bath, overhead shower and sink and wc.
The childrens play can be accessed from the swimming pool area and is equipped with swings, slide, seesaw toy, playhouse and bench. Beyond this area you can view our lovely goat Rosie and all our chickens and cockerels.
The fully lit pool has a number of sunloungers and umbrellas for your total relaxation. The hot tub seats 5/6 persons and is temperature controlled.
